Excellent opportunity to work as a managing attorney. Responsibilities will include evaluation of potential company risks and liabilities across all levels of government, review and advisement of government disputes, and management of outside counsel in ongoing litigation. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in government contracts, disputes and litigation. Complex commercial litigation experience will be considered. Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate and advise on legal matters to company leaders.
