We are seeking a mid-to-senior level attorney with experience in health care transactions, STARK and anti-kickback working with physicians, hospitals, long-term care facilities or other health care organizations. Some book of business required. Strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills are required. Utah Bar membership preferred.
