Our office is seeking a mid-level associate for its healthcare practice. The practice focus is healthcare regulatory and transactional (contracting, structuring, compliance, acquisitions, financings, joint ventures, investigations, entity formation). We prefer an attorney from a large firm or a healthcare boutique with 3-5 years of experience in this area. Corporate experience is a significant plus. Candidate should have high grades from a nationally ranked law school.
