Must have experience with transactions involving multiple parties and ability to work independently assisting clients to comply with state and federal fraud and abuse statutes and Stark II regulations. Experience assisting clients to comply with information privacy and security requirements (including HIPAA) or working with retail, mail order and specialty pharmacy also would be helpful but is not required. California licensure and practice experience preferred.
