Seeking a healthcare attorney to draft and negotiate complex third-party managed care and DME payor contracts. In addition, the ideal candidate will advise sales, clinical, marketing, and operations regarding organizational compliance with Medicare Part D laws, state and federal anti-kickback and self-referral laws and related healthcare regulatory requirements.
