We are seeking an associate with 3-4 years of solid healthcare regulatory experience to join our Healthcare/Life Sciences Group. This candidate should possess superior written advocacy skills and should have experience with Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement issues, Stark, Anti-Kickback, HIPAA and operational healthcare issues. FDA regulatory experience is helpful, but not required. The candidate should also possess excellent academic credentials.
