The ideal candidate will have breadth of experience in all aspects of IP law, including good fundamental patent preparation and prosecution skills, patent analysis skills, and ability to spot copyright, trade secret and trademark issues. Qualified candidates will have a J.D. from a nationally recognized law school and 3-5 years of experience with a demonstrated track record of professional success in a major firm combined with a degree in electrical engineering, computer science or physics and will be admitted to the USPTO.
