Transactional experience, particularly in drafting and negotiating IP licenses, joint research and/or development agreements, government contracting. Prepare, file, prosecute and maintain U.S. and foreign patent applications. Manage patent prosecution by outside counsel. Prepare and render legal opinions related to patent validity and infringement and counsel business clients on all aspects of Intellectual Property protection.
