This position will involve advising secured and unsecured creditors such as lenders, vendors, landlords, claims purchasers and trustees, as well as borrowers and debtors, in structuring corporate transactions, negotiating workouts, purchasing assets out of bankruptcy, and all aspects of bankruptcy proceedings before the bankruptcy court. Strong negotiation, litigation and transactional skills are a must.
