The Insurance & Reinsurance Department is looking for an associate with 3 to 4 years of litigation experience. Significant experience in securities litigation is a must, as are strong research and writing skills. Position involves working with a team of attorneys who handle complex insurance coverage issues and declaratory judgment actions including directors & officers coverage, professional liability and other errors & omissions insurance, and defending bad faith/extra-contractual claims against insurers.
