The Intellectual Property Counsel should have extensive knowledge and command of intellectual property law with a minimum of 4-7 years experience at a law firm with a notable intellectual property practice, handling all phases of U.S. and international trademark prosecution and protection. The Intellectual Property Counsel will help oversee the maintenance of the Company's intellectual property portfolio on a worldwide basis. Experience protecting brands abroad would be a plus. Experience with copyright issues is strongly preferred.
