Seeking an associate with a 4+ years of Labor and Employment experience. Must have knowledge and experience in counseling employers on employment issues including termination and discipline, FLSA, FMLA, as well as policies and procedures and other preventative strategies for avoiding liability exposure; employment litigation experience with federal and state employment laws such as Title VII, ADA and FMLA. Excellent academic credentials, strong writing, analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
