An eligible candidate for opportunity will be a 4-5 year attorney with at least 2 years of law firm experience handling entertainment transactions in the film, television, interactive gaming, and/or Internet/New Media areas, such as financing, development, distribution, licensing, advertising and related matters. CA Bar membership, top law school credentials and stable job history are required.
