At least three years of experience in representing employers in OSHA proceedings, counseling employers through all stages of OSHA inspections, conducting health safety audits, designing and implementing OSHA compliance programs and training, and counseling employers on issues regarding protective equipment, fire safety, hazardous waste operations, machine guarding, etc. is required. The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of OSHA requirements, as well as excellent research and writing skills. A superior academic record is required.
