Transactions Practice is looking for Japanese bengoshi to join the office. We need both junior-mid level and mid-senior level associates. At the mid-senior level, individuals who have obtained an LLM degree or have other international experience are of particular interest. We seek individuals who have significant experience in M&A, corporate and/or finance practices. IP transactions and litigation experience may also be of interest.
