Drafts and/or reviews documents relating to the company benefit plans and trusts including summary plan descriptions, employee communications, power of attorneys, amendments, Board of Directors resolutions, Chief Executive Officer approvals, and subsidiary and affiliate adoption documents and ensures legal compliance. Assists external auditors for company with audits of benefit plans and acts as Legal coordinator/contact on Department of Labor audits when needed.
