Negotiating, drafting and closing outbound technology agreements such as ISV/OEM transactions, Software as a Service/hosting transactions, enterprise software agreements, distribution agreements, source code agreements and consulting services agreements. Collaborating with business units to support engineering, program and product management, marketing and to facilitate the achievement of overall business objectives, including in-bound licenses, development agreements, alliance agreements, technology acquisitions, and IP audits.
