Provide support, direction and legal opinions on Canadian and U.S. regulatory and administrative law issues in the gas, oil and electric industries. Develop pleadings for filing with Canadian and U.S. provincial, state and federal regulatory boards and other administrative tribunals and agencies. Carry out counsel duties associated with regulatory and other administrative proceedings. Negotiate on company's behalf. Work in conjunction with and supervise use of external legal counsel.
