This role involves advising the Company on employment law issues in connection with proposed acquisitions, alliances, or divestitures. The job also involves training and advising clients on compliance with federal and state employment laws and Company policies related to hiring, promotion, restructuring, discipline, and discharge issues. The role also involves management and negotiation of claims and litigation, as well as actively working with outside counsel to defend the Company in any employment-related litigation.
