Our EMEA Legal Counsel will review, draft and negotiate agreements governing complex hardware, software and services sales transactions such as distributor agreements, reseller agreements, end-customer agreements and other custom arrangements. Our EMEA Legal Counsel will be responsible for legal advice to EMEA sales executives and representatives and will be the liaison between our headquarters and the EMEA region on matters such as sales contracts, applicable employment laws, and other applicable policies and laws.
