The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Legal, EMEA and will be responsible as the primary legal contact for a particular region (to be defined according to the candidates experience). At its heart, the role will be management and closure of the legal aspects of a high volume of commercial transactions within a fast paced and demanding environment. In many cases, Legal Counsel plays an active role in customer facing negotiations.
