In this position you will oversee the effective delivery of legal services to departments within the Commercial Operations organization including Sales. You will maintain strong awareness of the operations of these departments and ensure successful relationships. You will work as part of interdepartmental brand teams to review promotional and advertising materials, training materials, program designs, as well as vendor contracting support and develop legal strategies and programs which maximize business opportunity and minimize legal risks.
