The primary responsibilities include providing advice and counsel on legal compliance requirements, the sale, marketing and distribution of products with multi-tier/dual distribution, distribution models, sales, service and distribution agreements, channel management, warranty terms and conditions and the provision of warranty and professional services, product labeling, and the interpretation and proper application of competition and consumer laws.
