Responsibilities include managing and supervising consultants, task forces, licensing specialists and senior licensing specialists of the Project Development and Licensing division; preparing project plans to define the project objectives and the methods of accomplishment; developing a work plan to include applicable engineering, licensing, environmental, quality assurance and operating considerations; directing the activities of the project team and establishing reporting methods to measure progress.
