Development and execution of litigation strategy, including direction of outside counsel and coordination with insurance counsel, where needed, on a broad spectrum of litigation and arbitration matters, involving, among other things, commercial, contract, business tort, and product liability law issues arising around the world. Advice and counsel to management regarding compliance with existing labor and employment laws and new legislation, including FMLA, USERRA, employment discrimination, FLSA, equal pay, contingent workers' issues, ADR, affirmative action and diversity.
