Establish and oversee projects for implementation of comprehensive anti-fraud programs to prevent, detect and deter fraud in complex situations. Evaluate fraud risks. Analyze and recommend anti-fraud internal controls to correct identified gaps in internal control. Evaluate management and Audit Committee oversight of anti-fraud programs and make recommendations.
