Responsible for managing the litigation support function and communicating / championing the importance of compliance with litigation and ediscovery processes corporately: establishing and maintaining litigation support and e-discovery policies and procedures; managing vendor relationships, budgets, schedules, and performance; liaison with IT to identify, acquire and implement technology solutions; effectively managing the delivery and successful use of technology solutions; participating in planning and implementing discover/ediscovery processes in ongoing litigation.
