Responsible for supporting Global Banking and Markets tax requirement on client trades, reviewing contracts and tax disclosures in structured notes and deposits etc. Review and approve client transactions, Product Due Diligence and proposed corporate structures. Additional duties include responding to US tax queries as well as research and planning organizational effecting changes to US Global Banking & Markets.
