The Managing Attorney is responsible for staffing and managing an in-house law office to be located in or near Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, which office will handle appropriate liability, coverage and no-fault matters involving and/or its insureds. This position will direct and supervise the defense of all assigned legal matters and will involve both direct handling of cases and supervision of cases handled by staff attorneys, achieving high-quality, cost-effective representation of the company and its insureds.
