The Managing Attorney and their staff will be responsible for researching federal, state and local laws and regulations affecting the financial services industry, maintaining transactional compliance content, creating new compliance content and working with the business units to manage, maintain and expand compliance content products. The Managing Attorney also plans, reviews, approves and supervises the content development and works closely with other managers and directors in Product Development and Marketing.
