Principal duties will involve the handling of a wide range of transactional projects, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and other strategic alliances, and a wide array of other commercial transactions in support of Micron's worldwide operations. You may be requested to provide training, process and form development, as well as contracting, due diligence, and other support.
