Our Client is looking for a 5-7 year associate with knowledge of the capital markets with broad experience in the industries most compelling to venture capital firms. An ideal candidate should have experience working with venture funds and tech-based businesses in their most critical business transactions (venture capital and private equity investments, mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, and going private transactions).
