This prestigious law firm's Tampa office is looking for an an attorney with 7+ years of IP/patent experience. Must be a member of the patent bar. The position is mostly transactional but some litigation and prosecution. Hard science background preferred. Candidate must have excellent research and writing skills. Candidate must also be admitted to a US State Bar, but does not have to be admitted to Florida Bar (needs to be willing to sit for the next exam period).
