The ideal candidate will have 4 or more years of experience in patent work, primarily on the preparation and prosecution side. Because of the nature of the organization, experience with technology patents is highly prized as well as a background in a technical discipline such as engineering or computer science. This position also requires some experience working with trademarks and some IP transactional experience.
