Review, draft, and negotiate vendor purchasing and service agreements, statements of work, and purchase orders.Prepare amendments, addendums, renewals and extensions to agreements.Work with business units to provide timely and precise drafts of contracts in response to business owner requirements and requested changes.Provide legal advice to company personnel in matters affecting day-to-day business operations.Manage contract disputes and claims impacting the company.Serve as a liaison to outside counsel on a variety of matters.
