They will be responsible for writing and processing documents required for Needs Assessment, a comprehensive and substantive document that defines their assigned franchise, its strategic plan and then provides a cascade of information that identifies the activities required to meet the franchise's strategic objectives. Such activities will include, but are not limited to, Design Meetings, Medical Education Programs, User Groups and Visiting Surgeon Programs.
