National law firm is seeking a partner level attorney or associate attorney to join its Resorts, Lodging, and Leisure Group. The attorney or group should have as its primary area of legal practice fractional interests, timeshares, vacation/residence clubs, condo hotels and related resort-oriented products. The attorney or group would work in the context of the firm's 56-attorney Real Estate Practice Group, and have the support of tax, securities, corporate, labor and employment, construction, intellectual property and other lawyers with experience in related areas.
