Provide coordination for the region in developing and implementing strategies to advance advocacy priorities. Lead the building of sustained capacity in policy analysis and advocacy and provide guidance to staff involved in policy and advocacy work in Southern African CO's and the RMU. Actively contribute to building an integrated organizational policy and advocacy team that facilitates formation and implementation of cross-regional, cross-CI member, and cross-divisional policy advocacy agendas.
