Lead the building of sustained capacity in policy analysis and advocacy and provide guidance to staff involved in policy and advocacy work in Asian COs and the RMU. Actively contribute to building an integrated organizational policy and advocacy team that facilitates formation and implementation of cross-regional, cross-CI member, and cross-divisional policy advocacy agendas. Mobilize resources for priority policy research and advocacy initiatives in the region, aligned with the above.
