We are seeking to recruit a restructuring associate to join our finance practice. The successful candidate will have experience within non-contentious corporate and financial restructurings and insolvencies; with particular exposure to all aspects of restructurings, work-outs and insolvency matters, cross board and domestic. We have a broad client base acting for lenders, insolvency practitioners, directors, creditors and debtors.
