Responsible to provide counsel and advice to Senior Management and Executives bank wide on all matters relating to current labour legislation trends. He is responsible to ensure Bank policies and practices reflect an approach emphasizing consistency and harmony between the Bank's expectation of employees and the employee's expectation of the Bank.
