Securities Law Transactions Associate Ideal candidates have 6+ years of securities law experience in any or all of the following: Section 16 issues, Form 13's and Form 4's, Rule 144 and execution of all types of secondary trades; and 34 Act periodic reports. This is a non-partnership track position and could be suitable as a flex time position. Superior academic credentials, coupled with strong written and communication skills, are required. Large firm experience is strongly preferred, and candidates should be interested in pursuing a long term career at this firm.
