We have an immediate opening for a Senior Attorney to assist General Counsel with legal, regulatory, corporate organizational and departmental business matters. The candidate will independently manage a wide variety of general legal department matters, including working with member firms, negotiating contracts entered into by the Corporation, supporting the office of the Corporate Secretary, and new business.
