Candidates should have strong experience in patent licensing and copyright matters, as well as experience in negotiating IP-related transactions (multi-party transactions a plus). Candidates should also have working knowledge and experience with corporate and antitrust law. We are looking for a self-starter who has successfully demonstrated an ability to excel in a fast paced, loosely structured environment. The ideal candidate will be a well-rounded attorney with a strong legal background, able to quickly understand technical issues, and possess a keen business sense.
