Provide legal counsel on environmental, health and safety issues and activities associated with operations at the company Chemicals Plants. Principal functions of the position are: supervise legal projects; identify key HES legal issues and provide compliance advice; interpret HES legal requirements; advise Plant and business management on HES issues associated with manufacturing operations and commercial transactions; draft or review submissions to agencies, and direct defense and settlement of enforcement actions.
