Candidate must have substantial experience negotiating collective bargaining agreements and experience mediating union matters such as Stage 3 grievances and hearings before the NLRB. Must also have experience in union avoidance. Selected professional will also be responsible for providing advice and counsel to human resources and senior managers regarding a broad array of labor and employment law related issues.
