The successful candidate will advise on regulatory compliance issues affecting the company's retail operations, including advertising and promotion; product safety, warranties, and labeling; and antitrust. Negotiates or drafts legal documents, including contracts and related documentation, governmental or other regulatory filings and submissions and pleadings with assigned areas of practice.
