Admission to the bar in one or more states in which the company conducts business (Utah, Oregon, Idaho, Wyoming, Washington or California), with a willingness to be licensed to practice law in the state of Utah. Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills including ability to assess implications of proposed actions and respond appropriately in private and public forums.
