This attorney will be responsible for management of all legal support to the engineering and operations group in the Central region, with particular focus on site development functions: acquisition, leasing, zoning, permitting, construction and property management, special projects and litigation. The position reports to the Director of Legal Affairs-Engineering Operations and provides direct legal advice to the Vice President, Central Region, Engineering and Operation.
