The successful candidate will maintain and advance our comprehensive regulatory compliance program covering, but not limited to, all FERC, ISO/RTO, DOE/EIA, and State PUC regulatory requirements. Additionally, the Senior Counsel will need to analyze all regulatory requirements applicable to the company and maintain a program to ensure full compliance with those requirements.
